Financing aimed at Spanish audiovisual producers

Financing programme for new audiovisual works (feature films and short films, films for television, documentaries with strong cultural content, animation series, etc.), the public communication rights of which have been assigned by the producers to Corporación de Radio y Televisión Española, S.A. (CRTVE).

The processing of operations is carried out directly within ICO, through its Corporate and Institutional Financing Department.

Operation value: up to 100% of the purchase price of the audiovisual work’s broadcasting rights that have been acquired by an audiovisual communication service provider can be funded

Method: loan

Interest rate: variable rate of 6 months Euribor, plus ICO spread, plus a minimum margin of at least 1% per year

Repayment and grace period: single repayment at the operation’s maturity. Interest payments will be made at the end of the operation

Fees: up to 1% opening fee

Guarantees: assignment to ICO of the collection rights arising from the broadcasting rights purchase agreement, including VAT. The producer may also be required to provide other guarantees that ICO considers to be necessary

Validity: Until 30 December 2025
