Solutions, purpose and level of investment
Investment solutions
FESinfraestructuras finances enterprises mainly through holdings in capital, subordinated debt and participating loans.
In the case of tenders, the fund will take up its holding once the project has been awarded (generally on a concessionary basis); and, as applicable, may issue prior generic eligibility letters on the bidder’s request.
Investment purpose
The resources invested will be used to finance investments deriving directly from the project.
Investment level
FESinfraestructuras finances projects for a minimum amount of €10m, it being possible to reach €100m.
FESinfraestructuras’ holding will not be a majority one.
