AXIS PARTICIPACIONES EMPRESARIALES SGECR, SAU is a sole-owned public limited company, its only shareholder being Instituto de Crédito Oficial.

In accordance with Art. 166, c) of Act 33/2003, November 3, concerning the Public Administrations’ Property, AXIS is classified as a State-owned mercantile company and, for the purposes of its government, comes under Title VII, “Corporate Property of the General State Administration”, of said Act 33/2003.

In compliance with Art. 3.2 of Act 47/2003, November 26, concerning the General Budget, AXIS forms part of the “public corporate sector”.

AXIS’ labour relations are subject to the Workers’ Statute and complementary regulations.
